“Familial retinal arteriolar tortuosity is a rare disorder with autosomal dominant inheritance. It is characterized by a pathognomic pattern of progressive, pronounced tortuosity of the arterioles of second and third order in the macular and peripapillary area developing during childhood or early adulthood.”
